Structural steel work – stitch repairing and structural seating to the hip beam

A recent project we have been working on is the restoration of Brackenhurst Main Hall in Southwell, Nottinghamshire

Helibars were used at intervals within existing and rebuilt walls on Brackenhurst Main Hall, adding structural support as well as stitch repairing any cracks. Once installed the Helibar are set in anchor resin.

Steel work was also applied in the form of structural seating to hip beams to strengthen the ends.
